Clients and Partners – Breaking through the Trust Wall

There is a point in a marathon where even the fittest runner runs out of steam and “hits the wall”. Whether with clients or partners, it is hard to get through the intimidating barriers of mistrust to become a trusted adviser or colleague. This session will concentrate on the 3 E’s necessary to break through the wall

  • Energy – persistence and oxygen to win through
  • Equilibrium – maintaining a constant “homeostasis” even in the face of change
  • Empathy – fostering the ability to understand what it is like to be your client or partner and to share their feelings
