For the last fifteen years we at Edge International have carried out periodic Global Surveys of Compensation Practices.
This year we are instead promoting the 2020 Equity Partner Compensation Survey which is a joint effort involving a number of parties in collaboration.The main players (apart from Edge International) include our old friend and colleague, global partnerships advisor Michael Roch of MHPR Advisors, technology firm PerformanceLeader, the Managing Partners’ Forum (UK), NatWest (UK) and Chilli IQ (Australia).
State-of-the-art partner compensation practices, applied fairly across the partnership, are critical to execute strategy, enjoy sustainable profitability and retain loyal and committed partners. Yet most managing partners and HR directors know that their firms’ partner reward processes remain major impediments to achieving these objectives.
